REVIEW: 3 Weeks with the 9900

A couple of weeks ago I took a trip to the Vodacom Store to get my Blackberry Bold Touch 9900 - Very happy and ready to purchase it, I handed over my R6999 cash. Getting home i ripped the plastic off the Box and put the phone together and plugged it in immediately. I began to play around with it and up to today I am reporting my usage on it.

Pros:

1) SUPER Fast

2) The blackberry "clock" almost non-existent 

3) Touch screen amazingly responsive and glides perfectly 

4) "solid" feeling

5) Lovely pictures and Video quality 

6) Spacious keyboard

Cons:

1) Media card can be pulled out - Battery has to be pulled THEN the media card

2) Unlock button very hard to push (especially with silicon cover on)

3) finger nails hook on your keyboard when  pulling out pocket 

4) Play button doesn't do well in between volume buttons 

5) No themes for the 9900 yet

6) Battery Life is very bad (3/4 Day - with 3G) and (1 and a half days - with 2G)

Personally, I believe it wasn't worth upgrading from my trusty Blackberry Torch 9800, But you know being the extreme "got to have" techy I am - i had to rush out and buy it and I am slightly regretting it!
